Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To start a return, please email us at mdarrington@dabohemianbazaar.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

SHIPPING FEES & REFUNDS

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order was:

  • Incorrect
  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective upon arrival

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

In addition, all returns are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the prepaid label of returned items.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to swap an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected. The restocking fee and any applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Pop-up exclusive clearance items
